About the Artist

Welcome!

I live in West Berkshire, UK, with my husband, two sons and our cute dog. I am very fortunate to be surrounded by the beauty of the lush green English countryside, with a garden that attracts a variety of birds, which captivates my interests and gives me inspiration.

I often take pleasure in walks, exploring nearby rivers, lakes, and canals. I take time to sail in the summer months around estuaries and the coast, where I can observe and capture images of a wide range of birds in their natural environment.

My mission is to awaken a deeper connection to the natural world, where wildlife can invite you with their own quiet presence, by gently reminding you to breathe, to observe and to feel.

Meet the Artist

My Artistic Journey

My passion for art has been a constant thread throughout my life. Born in London and raised in Tenerife, Canary Islands, I often sought peaceful spaces, where I could feel free to express myself through both art and writing.

Returning to England as a young adult, the demands of everyday life meant my creative pursuits sometimes took a backseat. Even so, I never lost touch with my artistic side, cherishing every opportunity to pick up a pencil and immerse myself in creativity.

Years after, during 2020 and 2021 I made the decision to pick up where I left off. I gave myself permission to find and pursue the art I love, taking up art tutorials, challenges and workshops. I improved and so did my confidence. It became clear that art has always been a part of me.

It brings me joy, excitement but also grounds me, slows me down, it's my sanctuary.

As an artist now, I'm growing from strength to strength, creating constant artworks, exhibiting my work and as a growing tutor. My work is proudly being featured by Wessex Downs Artists in Hampshire, UK
